Please check the product in front of the delivery man. Once the delivery man has left, we cannot accept any returns or refunds.

7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused, original-condition products. Please ensure the product tag remains intact — an item returned without its original tag cannot be accepted.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once a returned item passes inspection, refunds are processed back to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
